Champions Return Policy
At Champions Sporting Goods, we want you to have a great buying experience and we understand that sometimes, purchased items just don’t work out. We honor most return requests. Our policy is below:
Items sold for retail in-store or online at www.championssportinggoods.com
Items sold for retail may be returned to Champions Sporting Goods within 30 days of purchase, in original packaging and with original tags, with receipt. Upon presenting an item for return, it will be evaluated by an associate and accepted if it is deemed to be in original condition and re-sellable. Specific conditions:
Footwear (including sneakers and cleats) cannot be worn outside prior to return.
Figure skates and hockey skates cannot be worn on the ice prior to return.
Apparel cannot have any visible stains.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Custom made-to-order merchandise sold in-store or online through our merch stores hosted at itemorder.com
Custom merchandise, including screen printed merchandise, embroidered merchandise, and sublimated jerseys, is always made to order. For that reason, items that have been custom decorated with a logo, name or number are not eligible for a return or exchange. This includes cases where custom ordered merchandise does not fit as expected. We will honor return or exchange requests if it is determined that your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and decoration.
Drop-shipped orders
As a team sports retailer we sometimes drop-ship bulk sales orders of sporting goods and large items like soccer goals directly to our customers. Customer takes responsibility for any necessary installation and assembly. Our return window on drop-shipped orders is 14 days from delivery. If the customer is dissatisfied with the product, Champions Sporting Goods will work with our vendor to attempt to secure a return authorization. If the vendor denies the return, Champions Sporting Goods is not able to accept the return. If the vendor is willing to accept the return and provides a return authorization, the customer will be responsible for pre-paying shipping back to the vendor and any associated restocking fees, and any credit provided to Champions Sporting Goods from the vendor for the return will be returned to the customer.
